So what’s a run crew you may well be asking? Well, The Alumni is now much more than just group exercise! In essence being a run crew is about meeting people and building friendships around running, being social and motivating each other. We keep things interesting by using running to explore new areas around our home city of Mississauga, and also to enjoy places beyond.

This is our crew shirt and motto. We believe that it rings true for each of our members. We are a diverse group that believes in the ability of each other as well as the the strength and pure awesomeness of us as a collective!
We are definitely more than a run crew. We have decided as a group that we should find ways to give back and from that grew #alumnilove.

Over the years, we have organized and hosted a number of runs helping to raise awareness and funds for various causes that are near and dear to our hearts.
